Card details sent by the latter option are encrypted by 128-bit SSL and once we have received your card details and accepted payment card details are deleted and destroyed. Please note we will not keep your card details for any future purchases you might make.
You may also order your products by choosing the telephone order option, once we have received your order we will contact you by telephone for payment, where you can either pay by credit card over the telephone or send us a cheque payable to 'Clear Stamps'. Please note - this option can only be used by UK customers due to the high costs of international calls.
Payments by cheque will require upto 7 days to clear before we dispatch the goods.

How will my items be despatched? All items despatched to UK addresses are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Postage, so a signature will not be required upon receipt. We can dispatch to alternative addresses (eg Work) if you know you are going to be out.
We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Postal Charges for UK deliveries:
1st Class deliveries now carry a flat rate fee of £1.99 regardless of order size.
Please allow upto three working days from despatch to delivery. (A despatch e-mail will be sent to you).
BFPO HM Forces postal codes will fall under international delivery rates (Please select the 'Royal Mail HM Forces (BFPO Postal Codes) option in the checkout under delivery options), if this option is not selected you will be contacted for extra postal charges or your invoice amount will be refunded to you. We get charged hefty postal rates on large items going to these post codes. A signature is not required for these postal codes.
If you require 1st Class Recorded Delivery please select the option from shipping options in the shopping basket.
Recorded Deliveries now carry a flat rate fee of £2.75 regardless of order size.
All International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Packets, a signature is not required upon delivery.
Postal Charges for International deliveries are now charged by weight:
Weight up to: 100g - £1.99 200g - £2.75 300g - £3.60 400g - £4.20 500g - £5.00 1Kg - £9.75 2Kg - £14.50 3Kg - £35.00 4Kg - £46.00
Please allow between 3 to 25 days for your delivery, dependant on your location.(A despatch e-mail will be sent to you)
All delivery charges are itemised once you get to the checkout. The basket price also includes your delivery charges.
Can I Track my Items? 1st Class delivery items cannot be tracked, from despatch to delivery normally takes upto 3 working days but if you havn't received your items within 15 working days please contact us.
Recorded Delivery items can only be tracked once the item has been delivered to you.
International orders cannot be tracked.

If you require recorded delivery please select 'Recorded Delivery' within the postage options at the checkout.
I think my items may be lost? If you have not received UK orders within 15 days then there is a possibility that the items are lost. Please call us on 01851 703366 or e-mail to info@clear-stamps.co.uk and let us know. We will send new items out to you once we have confirmed with Royal Mail that your items are lost.
International orders can take upto 25 working days to reach you, if you have not received your items within this time the is a possibility your items could be lost. Please notify us by e-mail if you think your items are lost. We cannot accept liability for lost international parcels as our postage pricing structure does not include a tracked service. Resent International orders will incur an international recorded delivery surcharge of £4.00, or we can refund your initial cost of making the purchase.
What is your Returns Policy? We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please ensure that goods returned are securly packaged, we would advise that packages are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as this covers both you and ourselves for lost packages.
Please note: We will refund all costs (price of goods and postage) as soon as we receive your returns. All we ask is that you pay for the return postage, unless the items are defective or we have sent you the wrong items.
Angel Policy Clear Stamps is an "Angel" company that allows stampers to use their rubber stamped images on items which the stamper may choose to sell. All our designs are copyrighted to Clear Stamps or their respective owners.
No permission from Clear Stamps is required to sell your items as long as the items are HANDSTAMPED and no mass mechanical reproduction is involved. Mechanical reproduction of Clear Stamps designs is strictly prohibited without specific written consent from Clear Stamps.
